1.  By choosing the digital sensor for the High precision Gravimetric Feeder.  

In general, the normal loss in weight feeder twin screw type is on the basis of the analog sensor. Digital sensor can have a resolution of 0.1g while normal bellow load cell 's resolution is about 0.5g, after checking with our engineer, if needs a higher request of feeding accuracy within a small flow rate range from 0.6kg to 6kg per hour.

So if have strict request on the accuracy for full range, we suggest you to choose the Digital sensor which has a much higher resolution and sensitivity to ensure a good accuracy.
