Cutter Features:
- Cutter is used for cutting the material of FKM, this material thickness can be up to 20mm.
- Servo controlled to decide the cutting speed and cutting length.
- An encoder and a light grating are used to ensure the smooth and precise feeding of material.
- A adjustable conveyor is installed on the front of the cutter to make sure the cut material can be delivered to the specific position of customer‘s transportation devices.
- Cutting blade: 45#steel for base, blade edge material is Tungsten steel W6.
- 3KW Braking Motor for cutting blade to realize a powerful and a safe cutting process.
- SIEMENS touch screen and PLC.
- Profinet communication protocol for customer to make it be available for connecting with its upper computer.
