• Which of these pumps (Hydraulic Diaphragm Pump, Plunger Pump, Gear Pump) should we select for smooth feeding of maleic anhydride?
  It is Hydraulic Diaphragm Pump.

• For maleic anhydride feeder do you also heat pump?
  Yes, part of the pump, the head area of the pump, by cirlucated hot water heating.
   
• Does hot water circulate around hot maleic piping?
  Yes, will have hot water cirluate aroud the maleic piping.
   
• After end of production how can we remove residual maleic?
  According to our experiences,  within 7 days after stopping the feeder use, no need to clean, can restart to use the feeder again directly.
  If more than 7 days, or longer, we will provide the cleaning method by Manual to clean the residual maleic by hot water and dry the weighing hopper.
   
• For weighing hopper, we use condustion oil around the hopper to electrically heat the maleic inside.  Oil heating can ensure feeding accuracy and stable temperature.
• For the refill tank and pipes, we use circulated hot water controlled by mold temp heater to heat.

• How does the temperature controller heat and will be a whole course be heated during the feeder?

• a.Temp controller does not heat the weighing hopper, weighing hopper use oil bath for heating by electric heating, oil bath will be no vibration, then can ensure accuracy of feeding.

  b. Tmperature controller heats following parts:  

  Refill tank(hopper); 

  Inlet tube of pump;

  Outlet tube of pum;

  Pump head;

  Pipeline from pump head to  the spray gun (about 2 meters long double-layer hot water insulated SUS pipe).  

  c. About 200mm from spray gun nozzle, this 200mm area, use SUS steel bellow tube with electric heating band to keep heating.
