Practical Application of PEGE Spin Trim Rubber Deflashing Machine at Cikautxo Rubber Plant in Spain

The reliable and high quality spin trim deflashing machine PG-ST-500 for rubber parts deflashing process had been well installed at customer's factory. 

From the photo, we can see that the whole spin trim rubber deflashing system is composed of 3 parts.

1. spinning machine for spin out the flashes of rubber components.
2. lifter for transferring the deflashed parts and flashes to the air blowing separator
3. air blowing separator separates the flashes and good parts by air blowing and vibration.

The whole spin trim deflashing process can be automatic, worker just need to load the parts and observe the process and then take away the finished parts.

Thanks to the technical support from our valued client, they do some good modification on this system to improve the operation convenience and machine stability.
