Special Customized Cryogenic Deflashing Machine PG-40T for Russian Customer Shipped on October, 2025

NANJING PEGE is a well-known and reputational cryogenic deflashing machine manufacturer in Nanjing, China. Different models of cryogenic deburring machines are shipped and operated all over the world.

On October, we made and shipped a new smaller cryogenic deflasher PG-40T for our customer in Russia to support on deflashing process.

This cryogenic deflashing equipment has some special customization points including:

We customized two smaller baskets-10liter volume inside of standard baskets of 40liter.
HMI, PLC, Inverter are all SIEMENS while the standard controller are Mistubishi.
There is a Rego control valve on the inlet of the liquid nitrogen nozzle to control the inlet pressure of LN2 not larger than 10bar.
Additional door locker to ensure safety on the machine front cover area.

All above adjusments are PEGE'S coordination to meet customer's requirment and improve the machine performance and quality.
