This machine can be widely applied for deburring process of silicone rubber, natural rubber, fluorione rubber O rings and irregular parts. Including O ring, rubber plug, Y rings, Gaskets, or solid irregular parts with size of 2mm-150mm can be de-flashed efficiently.

Spin trim de-flashing does not need Liquid nitrogen or blasting media, it is very cost saving and cost effective.

1. Using 2 screen plates to separate the flashes after spinning, first layer separates the big flashes, second layer to keep de-flashed parts while the third layer to remove small flash.
