Introduction

After Spin Trim Deflashing, the flashes and deflashed parts are mixed together, many are irregular shape and size, normal vibrator may not be qualified to separate the flashes effectively.
Air Blow Separator is an innovative equipment which is developed for supporting for flashes separation process after spin trim deflashing machine. Air blow separator successfully solves the problem of flashes mixing together during the spin trim deflashing process.
Lifter between spin trim deflashing machine and the Air blowing separator is an optional equipment for automatic transferring of the deflashed parts containing flashes to the separator.

Features:
1. Air energy separator use the high-speed air flow to blow out the flashes which are much lighter than the part, the product and flashes can be separated according to the different density and size by using the difference of suspension speed between main part and flashed
2. Various part and flashes are available, efficient and cost effective.
3. A lifter is an optional for the user to connect from spin trim deflashing machine to the separator. Automatic operation is a method to save time, labor and be more automatic. The products and flashes or burrs are lifted and transported directly to the air blowing separator to realize a on-line deflashing and burr separation process.
