Cryogenic Deflashing Machine 120T Installed in Our Local Customer Located in Southwest of China-Chongqing   On the October, Nanjing PEGE produced high quality and large volume cryogenic deflashing machine PG-120T was shipped and Installed in Chongqing city for our local well-known automotive rubber components manufaturer. Pege's Ways to Ensure the Loss in weight Feeder Feeding Accuracy   1.  By choosing the digital sensor for the High precision Gravimetric Feeder.   In general, the normal loss in weight feeder twin screw type is on the basis of the analog sensor. Digital sensor can have a resolution of 0.1g while normal bellow load cell 's resolution is about 0.5g, after checking with our engineer, if needs a higher request of feeding accuracy within a small flow rate range from 0.6kg to 6kg per hour. So if have strict request on the accuracy for full range, we suggest you to choose the Digital sensor which has a much higher resolution and sensitivity to ensure a good accuracy.   2. PEGE Loss in weight Gravimetric Feeder has a program which has a set of self-checking accuracy procedures: Set a time period, instantaneous collection of the beginning and end of the two points of the weight difference, compared with the length of time, you can measure the real-time flow and error, the method is simple to operate, effective and practical   3.
